1. Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently, we deliver only within the UAE. International delivery will be launched soon.


2. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard Delivery (UAE): 2 business days.


3. How much is the delivery fee?

  • The delivery is free of charge 


4. Can I return or exchange my perfume?

  • Due to hygiene and safety, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.


5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email to follow your delivery.


6. Are your perfumes authentic?

Absolutely. Each fragrance from The Azham Collection is exclusively crafted in Dubai, using premium-grade ingredients. Our perfumes are designed to deliver a luxurious and lasting scent experience — never imitations, only originals created with care.
