⏱ Delivery Times

Standard Delivery (UAE): 2–3 business days.
Express Delivery (Dubai & Sharjah): Same-day or next-day delivery (extra charge applies).

💳 Shipping Fees

Free delivery on all orders above AED 300.
A standard delivery fee of AED 25 applies for orders below this amount.

📦 Packaging & Safety

Each perfume is packed in luxury protective boxes with fragile handling.
In the rare event of damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.

🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can monitor your delivery status anytime until it reaches your door.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
